Wood River Farmers Market Cancelled – July 24th Due to Extreme Heat Warning

For the safety of our vendors, volunteers, and community members, the Wood River Farmers Market scheduled for Thursday, July 24th has been cancelled due to an Extreme Heat Warning issued for our region.

With temperatures forecasted to reach dangerous levels, we are prioritizing the health and well-being of everyone involved. While we love bringing fresh, local goods and community fun to downtown Wood River each week, safety must come first.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to stay hydrated, avoid prolonged time outdoors, and check in on neighbors who may be vulnerable during the heatwave.

The market will resume on Thursday, July 31st (weather permitting), and we look forward to seeing you then with all your favorite local produce, treats, and handmade goods.
