Demo is Underway at the WRBA Office

If you thought things looked different before, just wait until you see them now — demo is officially underway! Walls are coming down, ceilings are opening up, and the real transformation has begun. These photos give a behind-the-scenes look at the early stages as Pfund Construction gets to work clearing out the old to make room for what’s next. It’s messy, loud, and a little dramatic — but it’s also exciting, because this is where the vision really starts to take shape. And can we talk about those tin ceilings for a moment? WOW. Even in the middle of demolition, they’re stealing the show and reminding us just how much character this building has.

Our office and the space next door are both getting a fresh new look as part of this renovation, creating an updated, revitalized space that we can’t wait to bring back to life. While it may be hard to imagine right now with exposed beams, concrete floors, and a few rough edges, this phase is all about setting the foundation for something great. Every wall removed and ceiling opened is one step closer to a space designed for connection, collaboration, and downtown momentum.

And there’s more to look forward to — once construction is complete, we’ll be on the lookout for a new neighbor in the space next door.
