We hope that you are as excited about the 2026 season as we are. We look forward to working with you and having a successful market year. We are thrilled to welcome Charlotte Anderson as our Farmers Market Committee Chairperson. Charlotte will be your point of contact throughout the season.

The market will remain at the downtown lots at 143 and 1st Street. The parking lot is scheduled to be refinished sometime during the summer so if the location needs to move we will let you know a few weeks before the change.

Please help us promote the market on your social media by sharing our posts and engaging friends and family. The 2026 market will run from 4:00 PM – dusk every Thursday beginning June 11th through September 17th, as long as weather and crops permit.

Registration Fees:

$10 Single Market

$30 Monthly Market ($10 discount), paid in one installment at the beginning of the month

$110 Full Season – must be paid by June 4th

Each vendor is allowed a 10x10 space and is responsible for bringing: tables, chairs, ez-up tents or umbrella, signage, bags & packaging, scales, and display materials. Setup begins at 3:00 PM and you must be ready for market by 4:00 PM. Please remember to bag your trash and leave your area free of debris.

Any hot-food vendors will need to bring a K-Grass Fire extinguisher, and tents must be flame retardant. Items permitted include, but are not limited to: fresh fruit and vegetables, meats & eggs, garden and houseplants, cut flowers, decorative gourds, jams, pies, breads, cakes, cookies, crafts, quilts, woodworking items, jewelry, pottery, paintings, etc. Anything sold must be homemade or at least 50% handmade.

Any vendor involved in a dispute that results in obscene language or threatening comments is subject to suspension at the discretion of the WRBA. Any vendor involved in a fight or physical confrontation with another vendor or patron will be ejected from the market and will receive a minimum one-night suspension for the following week. The Wood River Business Alliance has the authority to lengthen the suspension.
